In 2012, this project was awarded state historic and low income housing tax credits by the Missouri Housing Development Commission for new construction of a 55+ community with 36 independent senior housing units. The units include energy efficient design meeting standards of the green scoring tool for the National Green Building Standard. The office and one building were completed in January 2014 with all the rest falling in line a few months later. Owned by Miller O’Reilly Company and project managed by O’Reilly Management Services, LLC.
