Project description: O’Reilly Development Co. LLC is developing The Meadows at Wicklow, a 240-unit multifamily community, in two phases, with openings to begin in spring 2026. The development features seven open-breezeway, walk-up-style buildings with floor plans ranging from studio to three-bedroom. Resort-style amenities that are planned include a pool, multisport court for pickleball and basketball, fitness center, dog park and a lighted walking trail around a lake, project officials say. It is part of a master-planned development being created by O’Reilly Development Co. Architect is H Design Group LLC. Engineers are Shaffer & Hines Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
