Patrick E. O’Reilly
Founder and CEO
Pat is a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of O’Reilly Development with over 30 years of industry specific experience as a business developer and investor. Pat is well known for his many contributions and impact originating from his roots in Missouri and expanding to Kansas, Arkansas, and Illinois. Having built his flourishing career as a real estate investor and developer on a solid foundation of knowledge, diligence and honor, he continues to blaze a trail for others in the industry.
Pat is a lifelong Missouri resident with a B.S. in Business Management from Missouri State University.

Hunter Hein, CFA
President and CFO
Hunter is President and Chief Financial Officer of O’Reilly Development. Hunter is a seasoned financial executive with more than a decade of experience in investment management, capital markets, and strategic financial planning. Before joining O’Reilly, he was an integral part of a Texas-based wealth management firm where he served as Vice Chair of the Investment Committee. During his tenure, he successfully allocated over $100 million in capital towards direct private real estate and infrastructure investments for private clients.
With a passion for enhancing the experiences of residents in O’Reilly communities, Hunter brings meticulous attention to detail to ensure financial strength and returns for investors. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Missouri State University.

Cole DeBerg
Project Executive
Cole DeBerg serves as a Project Executive at O’Reilly Development, bringing extensive experience in development, construction, and engineering. He specializes in real estate development, stakeholder engagement, design, construction, and project management, and has played a key role in delivering complex projects across multiple sectors.
In his role, Cole leads the development and execution of real estate projects, managing all phases from feasibility through completion. He oversees project teams, drives strategic planning efforts, and ensures alignment with company objectives.
Prior to O’Reilly Development, Cole served as a Senior Civil Engineering Manager for Walmart’s Real Estate Acceleration and Operations team, where he led the delivery of new stores and fuel stations. He studied Construction Management and Civil Engineering and obtained his Master’s in Business Administration and several industry-standard certifications.
Cole’s dedication to growth and excellence makes him a key player in driving successful outcomes throughout all phases of development.

Brooke Martin
Director of Asset Management
As the Director of Asset Management, Brooke Martin is dedicated to ensuring the success and long-term viability of our developments, bringing a passion for providing exceptional housing solutions.
With a wealth of experience, Brooke previously served as a Vice President of Operations at Fairway Management and Vice President of Property Management at Wilhoit Properties prior to joining O’Reilly Development, gaining invaluable insight into strategic development and operational excellence. Additionally, Brooke was a board member for SAHA (Springfield Apartment and Housing Association) for four years, contributing expertise to affordable housing initiatives and community-driven projects. Brooke has over 30 years of experience with housing communities in multiple states, which include corporate housing, conventional, LIHTC, RD, and HUD properties, and has been involved on a daily basis from development to disposition.

Kaylee Ellis
Director of Operations
Kaylee Ellis serves as Director of Operations at O’Reilly Development Company, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience and leadership to the team. A graduate of Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in business, Kaylee has built her career within the company, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth.
Throughout her 10-year tenure, Kaylee has held several key roles, most recently serving as Interim Asset Manager. In this role, she was responsible for analyzing financial reports, monitoring occupancy trends, ensuring quality assurance standards, and maintaining a strong operational presence across properties. She also has experience in property management and leasing, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle.
Kaylee’s career began within one of O’Reilly Development’s senior living communities, where she worked as a Resident Services Coordinator, organizing community events for residents and their families. This direct, on-the-ground experience gave her a personal understanding and a lasting appreciation for the impact of the communities that O’Reilly Development creates.
Known for her passion for connectivity, solution-oriented mindset, and unwavering dedication to the company’s mission, Kaylee plays a vital role in driving operational performance and fostering the continued growth of O’Reilly Development.
Beverly A. Anderson, CPA
Director, Controller
Bev serves as the Controller for O’Reilly Development, overseeing all company accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, payroll, annual tax processes, and cash flow analysis. Bev also manages the monthly construction draws for all development entities, asset management financial reporting, and cost certification for low-income housing developments. Her skill set ensures the company is in compliance with all reporting requirements, enabling the owners to make sound decisions. The level of expertise Bev brings to O’Reilly Development will assist in maximizing the financial performance of new and existing developments.

Marty Duda
Development Project Manager
Marty Duda joins the O’Reilly Development team as Development Project Manager, where he orchestrates the progression of construction projects from groundbreaking to completion. He facilitates essential weekly meetings with architects, contractors, and operations teams, ensuring every development adheres to its timeline and budget. Marty’s hands-on approach includes regular site visits across Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri, providing crucial feedback through detailed project status reports and budget analyses. Marty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Dayton, and has a background in asset and property management. Marty’s transition into his current role leverages his comprehensive skill set to maintain high standards of excellence and efficiency in every project.

Will Berry
Investment Analyst
Will Berry is an Investment Analyst at O’Reilly Development, where he supports the firm’s investment strategies through financial analysis, underwriting, and market research. His role includes evaluating new development opportunities, preparing financial models, and conducting due diligence to guide strategic investment decisions.
Before joining O’Reilly Development, Will gained experience in business valuation, real estate acquisitions, and financial modeling, working on transactions across various asset classes. His background includes underwriting investment opportunities, assisting with valuations, and analyzing market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Missouri State University’s College of Business. His strong analytical skills and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the O’Reilly Development team.

Elizabeth Streber
Operations Coordinator
Elizabeth Streber serves as the Operations Coordinator for O’Reilly Development Company, where she plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, financial reporting, and project execution across the company’s diverse portfolio of senior living, market-rate, and affordable housing communities. Working closely with the Director of Operations, Elizabeth helps ensure seamless internal workflows and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across all O’Reilly Development properties.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University, a background that highlights her strong communication skills and efficiency in team coordination and relationship management. She is a pivotal member of the O’Reilly Development team, helping keep all areas of the business aligned and moving toward shared goals.
Elizabeth brings valuable experience in property management, operational oversight, and staff training from her previous roles, contributing a well-rounded skill set that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term organizational success.

Denise K. Heintz
Co-Founder
Denise K. Heintz is a Co-Founder of O’Reilly Development Company and formerly served as Chief Operating Officer, where she led development and acquisition initiatives in her industry for more than three decades. Her leadership helped shape the company’s growth and long-term impact across communities through thoughtful, mission-driven development.
An expert in full-cycle development management, Denise brought deep experience in owner representation throughout design, construction, and operations; management of Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) applications and developments; and the historic preservation of buildings listed on the National Register.
Today, Denise remains an integral part of the company’s foundation and legacy as Co-Founder.
Denise recently retired from her role as Chief Operating Officer and is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement.
