Project description: O’Reilly Development Co. is partnering with Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri Inc. on the 42-unit Mountaintop Homes community. The project aims to provide affordable housing for mixed-income families and homeless or at-risk veterans in a mix of two- and three-bedroom units. Project officials say three residential buildings are planned with a clubhouse and playground area. The project architect is Stark Wilson Duncan Architects Inc. (Kansas City), and engineers are Quist Engineering Inc. (Lee’s Summit), civil and geotechnical; Bob Campbell Construction LLC (Mound City), structural; and Hoss & Brown Engineers PC (Kansas City), mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
