First Community of Its Kind for Residents in Christian County, Missouri
December 6, 2017, Nixa, MO – The Castlewood Senior Living, the first full continuum of care community in the Nixa area, today celebrated its grand opening at a ribbon cutting, 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 6, 1538 N. Old Castle Rd. in Nixa. Already 90 percent occupied, The Castlewood was developed by Springfield-based O’Reilly Development Company, LLC, constructed by Springfield-based O’Reilly Development Company, LLC, and is professionally managed by Missouri-based Arrow Senior Living.
Speakers at the ribbon cutting included Nixa Mayor Brian Steele and Nixa Chamber of Commerce president Tammy Mast, as well as Denise Heintz, partner and director of operations and development for O’Reilly Development Company, LLC, and Virginia Winfrey, regional executive director for The Castlewood Senior Living.

In addition to studio, one- and two-bedroom options for independent living and assisted living, there is a memory care cottage. The range of options creates a full continuum of care community where people can comfortably age in place as their needs change.

All-day restaurant dining, included at no extra charge, is available from 7 am until 7 pm daily, serving freshly prepared meals selected from a full menu and made-to-order by a highly-skilled culinary team.
